The herds usually arrive in July and stay until October. Migration safari July August dates are the busiest.

Is a mara river crossing tour guaranteed to see a crossing?

No. Crossings depend on the herds. Several full days at the river give you the best chance.

What is the reserve fee in season?

About USD 200 per adult per day from July to December for non residents. It is included.

How long is the flight from Nairobi?

About 45 minutes to an hour from Wilson Airport, with a luggage limit of about 15 kg.

Can children join?

Yes. Some camps have minimum ages for walking or certain tents. Your quote confirms this.
