When is the best time for this Mara Serengeti budget trip?

June to October is dry and busy. January to March is calving season in the southern Serengeti, though this route stays central.

What should I pack?

A sleeping layer for cold nights, a head torch, a small daypack and your passport for the border.

Are park fees included?

How much driving is there?
