• Vendors are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and delivery of their products and services.

Customers

• Review product/service descriptions carefully before purchase.
• Make payments only through approved Lujui Marketplace methods.
• Communicate respectfully with vendors and staff.

Vendors/Service Providers

• Provide accurate listings, prices, and availability.
• Deliver goods and services in a timely manner.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Handle customer data responsibly and in compliance with privacy laws.

• All payments must be processed through the Lujui Marketplace payment system.
• Vendors agree to applicable transaction fees and commissions.
• Refunds and cancellations are subject to the vendor’s policies and Lujui Marketplace’s [Refund Policy].

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
• Post false, misleading, or harmful content.
• Sell prohibited items (illegal, counterfeit, dangerous).
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or staff.

• All content on Lujui Marketplace (logo, text, design, software) is owned or licensed by us.
• Users may not copy, modify, or distribute platform content without permission.
• Vendors retain ownership of their product content but grant us a license to display it on the platform.

• Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
• By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

• Lujui Marketplace does not guarantee that products, services, or listings are error-free, accurate, or always available.
• We are not liable for losses caused by vendors, service providers, delivery delays, or third parties.
• Use of the platform is at your own risk (see full Disclaimers page).

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lujui Marketplace shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service in question.

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Policies, or applicable laws.
• Users may deactivate their accounts at any time, but past obligations (payments, refunds, disputes) remain enforceable.

• Disputes should first be resolved directly between customers and vendors.
• If unresolved, users may escalate the issue to Lujui Marketplace Support.
• Depending on the jurisdiction, disputes may be settled by arbitration or local courts.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
