The breakfast and dinner was on time and delicious... We even had a bonfire. Our tour guide: Cephas is the best tour guide and driver I've ever meet. He made our safari most memorable. He really has a heart of gold,he is very kind and will go beyond to make sure we see all the animals... He's just a 10/10... Also we had a great group all together. When are the races?

Race dates are set by the Jockey Club Kenya calendar and are mostly on Sundays. Your quote confirms the next racing day Nairobi has on your dates.

What should I wear?

Smart casual. Many people dress up, especially for big race days. Bring a hat for the sun.

Are tickets included?

Yes. Enclosure entry is in your price. Bets and food are your own.

How far is the course?

About 8 km from the CBD on Ngong Road. Most hotels are 15 to 30 minutes away.

Can children come?

Yes. Families attend and children enjoy the parade ring. Betting is for adults only.

How does it compare with a polo match?

Polo is slower and more of a picnic. Racing gives you short, loud bursts of action every half hour.
