Accommodation: The giraffe hills Mara camp was amazing. The host are really very kind(Mzee, Diana and the whole equipe)☺️... Bless their soul. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean... The breakfast and dinner was on time and delicious... We even had a bonfire. Our tour guide: Cephas is the best tour guide and driver I've ever meet. He made our safari most memorable. He really has a heart of gold,he is very kind and will go beyond to make sure we see all the animals... He's just a 10/10... Also we had a great group all together. When is the best season?

June to October and January to February are dry and reliable for an outdoor ceremony.

What should I pack?

Light wedding clothes that cope with wind, flat shoes for grass and a warm wrap for the evening.

Are park fees and legal fees included?

Park fees for safari days are included. Legal marriage registration has its own government charges and paperwork, quoted separately.

How far is it from Nairobi?

Under an hour by light aircraft or five to six hours by road.

Can children and guests come too?

Yes. Camps can host small groups. Lujui Kenya Travels checks age rules and room counts.

How does a vow renewal compare to a legal wedding here?

A vow renewal needs no paperwork and is quicker to plan. A legal wedding needs documents filed ahead with the Kenyan registrar.
