Day by day

Day 1. Fly from Wilson Airport to a Mara airstrip. Lunch at camp and an evening drive to scout the herds.

Day 2. Full day at the river with a packed lunch. Your guide reads the herds and moves to the most likely crossing point.

Day 3. Another full river day. Crocodiles, hippos and waiting cats make even quiet hours worth it.

Day 4. Morning on the plains for lions and cheetahs following the herds, then back to the river for the afternoon.
