Accommodation: The giraffe hills Mara camp was amazing. The host are really very kind(Mzee, Diana and the whole equipe)☺️... Bless their soul. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean... The breakfast and dinner was on time and delicious... We even had a bonfire. Our tour guide: Cephas is the best tour guide and driver I've ever meet. He made our safari most memorable. He really has a heart of gold,he is very kind and will go beyond to make sure we see all the animals... He's just a 10/10... Also we had a great group all together. When is the best season for a bush dinner?

The dry months from June to October and January to February. In the rains the camp may move dinner under cover.

What should I wear?

A warm layer and closed shoes. Evenings on the plains can get cold.

Are park fees included?

No extra park fee is charged for the dinner itself. Your daily park or conservancy fees are already in your safari price.

How far from camp is the dinner?

Usually within 15 to 30 minutes of camp. Inside the national reserve, vehicles must be back before dark, so the table is set close to camp.

Can children join?

Yes. Ask for a kids menu. Camps may set it a little earlier for little ones.

How does it compare to dinner in the main camp?

The food is often similar. The difference is the silence, the stars and a table that is only yours.
