Day by day

Morning. Pickup at 7 am. Drive down the Rift Valley escarpment to Lake Naivasha.

Late morning. Boat ride across the lake. Watch hippos in the shallows and fish eagles swooping for fish.

Midday. Land on Crescent Island for a guided walk of about two hours. Giraffes, zebras, waterbuck and wildebeest graze around you.

Afternoon. Boat back, lunch by the lake, then the drive home to Nairobi by about 5 pm.
