December to March and July to October are dry and sunny. April to June is the long rains and cheaper.

What should I pack?

How do I get to Diani from Nairobi?

A flight to Ukunda takes about 1 hour. The SGR to Mombasa takes about 5 hours, then about 1.5 hours by road with the Likoni ferry.

What is the child policy?

Most resorts give children under a set age a reduced rate when sharing with parents. Ages vary by hotel.

How does Diani compare to Mombasa north coast?

Diani is quieter with whiter sand. The north coast has more nightlife and is closer to the city.
